Osiris Perez, our incredible baker, comes in early every morning and makes homemade cheesecakes, key lime pies, choc chip cookies, cupcakes, flan, etc. She also makes speciality made to order cakes. She has done several wedding cakes, plenty of birthday, anniversary, baby shower, and etc.  We are not trying to be like any other baker in Clarksville so we don't have a book of pictures for you to choose from...just sit down and design your speciality cake with her. You'll love all the LOVE she puts into each cake and pie!

We are Relish ... a unique eatery ... we're already becoming known for our fresh food and taste. We accomplish this by coming in early every day to make and prepare — from scratch — almost all of the food that's on the menu! We have created most of the recipes. We have our own signature drinks...The Spritzers! Spritzers are flavored sodas...flavors to choose from, Strawberry, Raspberry, Peach, Cherry, and Watermelon...then your drink is filled with ice cubes that have the real fruit inside. Our bread is also made for relish. Our baker brings us our warm bread almost every morning so that we can be sure to have every bite be wonderful!

Pardon our dust! We’re making some major improvements to our bakery, so our frozen yogurt will have to chill for a little while — but not to worry, we’ll get that tasty cold treat back on ice soon!
